Falfurrias Orchard (Main)
This 25-acre orchard includes space for 875 trees with approximately 671 mature producing trees, 122 replacement trees recently planted. This orchard was originally planted in 1990 and currently produces the majority of the crop. There are three water wells that are approximately 750’ deep, a 7,500-gallon underground cistern for efficient water storage, and a comprehensive irrigation system with pop-up heads installed in 2020. There are two barns/workshops, a 30’x 40’ equipment shed, and two climate-controlled storage units.
Additionally, there is a 24’x 144’ grow house used to cultivate container trees with over 2000 trees currently in the house. These container trees can be used as replacements in the orchard or be sold creating additional revenue.

Premont Orchard
This 20-acre orchard was planted in 1995 and includes space for 750 trees with approximately 403 mature producing trees. There is an extensive irrigation system that was upgraded in 2024 and is supplied by a quality well that had a new pump and motor replaced in 2022.

The sale will include a comprehensive inventory of equipment utilized on both orchards, such as: (2) John Deer 4020 tractors, a John Deere 2030 tractor, Savage Sprayer 5534, Savage Tree Shaker 2318, Ellis Pecan Cleaner, Nut Hustler Cleaner, Pecan Sheller, 1000 gallon diesel tank, 500 gallon trailer mounted gas tank, 4 wheel 10,000lb pecan trailer, 16’ tandem utility trailer, dual tandem 32’ Gooseneck trailer, Shredder, disc, 24” Bag-A-Nut Harvester, Forklift, a 3-KW generator, welder, compressor, and many other hand tools that have been used on the farm for the last 30 years.
